Students work on more challenging moves that develop strength, flexibility, balance and trust in their own bodies. Safety and technique come first, we always ensure children know how to progress step by step, with proper support and spotting. They’ll learn tricks and partner work that build resilience and team work. While the skills grow more complex, the atmosphere stays supportive and fun.
