PROGRAMME

Small wins. Big confidence. Celebrated every step of the way.

At The Performance Hub, we believe progress deserves to be noticed. Not just the big stage moments, but the quiet breakthroughs too, the first cartwheel without help, the courage to perform in front of the class, the focus that’s getting stronger every week.

That’s where our in-house rewards programme comes in.

Each student receives their very own Hub Rewards booklet. This is where we celebrate their journey. Every time they learn a new skill, show brilliant teamwork, demonstrate determination, or really focus in class, they’ll earn a special sticker to mark that moment.

It might seem small, but those little stickers represent something much bigger, growth, resilience, and confidence building week by week.

Track progress without pressure

It helps us gently monitor development and technique, without the stress of exams or formal testing.

Celebrate the little wins

Every new skill, breakthrough moment and burst of confidence gets recognised along the way.

Create memories to keep

Collecting certificates and rosettes gives a real sense of achievement, and something special to look back on for years to come.

Setting milestones and tracking goals gives children something really powerful, a clear sense of progress. When they can see what they’re working towards, and celebrate each step along the way, it builds motivation in a healthy, positive way. It’s not about pressure or comparison, it’s about recognising growth. Watching those milestones tick off in their booklet helps them understand that improvement takes time, effort and consistency, and that every small win counts.
