STUDIO HIRE POLICY

 

When you hire our space, you’re joining a community that thrives on respect, creativity and professionalism. These terms ensure a smooth experience for all, so please take a moment to read them before booking.

Access & Studio Use

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive our full Hire Pack which includes:

  • Studio door codes

  • Parking information

  • Heating instructions

  • Wi-Fi details

  • Contact info for your session
    You’ll also have access to our reception area and waiting lounge during your booking.

 

Both Studio 1 and Studio 2 include use of:

  • Bluetooth speaker for music playback

  • Studio lights (adjustable depending on your mood or class style)

  • Heating (please allow time to warm the space before your session begins)

 

Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are generated automatically after your booking and sent to you via email.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of the booking date.

  • You can pay online via credit/debit card or through BACS (details on your invoice).

  • You’ll receive helpful reminders before the due date.

 

Heating the Space

We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes early if you’d like to preheat the space, especially in cooler months. To use the heating:

  1. Turn the fan to setting 3 to circulate the warm air

  2. Press the power button once to switch the heating on

  3. The room will heat to a set temperature of 21°C

  4. Use the arrow buttons if you wish to adjust manually

 

Booking Times

  • Your studio hire includes time for set-up and pack-down.

  • Please stick to your allocated time — additional charges may apply for extended use.

  • Studios should be left in the same condition they were found in.

 

Cleaning & Responsibilities

  • Please remove all personal items and rubbish at the end of your session.

  • Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.

  • The hirer is responsible for all equipment and guests during the booking.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

  • Please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may still be charged.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the case of emergency or unforeseen maintenance issues (we’ll always give notice where possible).
